South Shore Hospital’s
Youth Health Connection
Building on Proven Success
The Youth Health Connection was created in 2007 to bring together two dynamic community programs sponsored by South Shore Hospital:
The Adolescent Suicide Prevention Project
Established in 1994 to help prevent adolescent suicide through early identification, intervention, educational outreach and awareness of local resources.
The South Shore School Partnership for Health
Formed in 1996 to assist school communities in developing solutions to effectively address the pressing health care concerns of students.
