Since 1983, Home & Health Resources, the private duty home care program of South Shore Hospital, has been available to meet individual needs with a variety of home-based services.

Our highly trained staff can provide homemaking, personal care assistance, and professional nursing services for up to 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week for individuals of all ages within their own home, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes. Nursing supervision and case management services are provided for all private duty cases to assure the highest quality of care.

Community-based services include educational programs, flu clinics, corporate wellness programs, and health fairs. Having the ability to be flexible and creative, we strive to meet the health care needs of the South Shore communities we serve.

Private duty home care services provided by Home & Health Resources are generally not covered by health insurance. We offer a number of economical service packages depending on your needs.
