The 20^th Annual golf tournament was on Monday, May 18 at two different venues: Waverly Oaks Golf Club and Pinehills Golf Club, both in Plymouth.  Under threatening skies, 290 golfers teed off on 3 18-hole courses.  They did not let the inclement weather get the best of them; several said “a bad day at golf is better than a good day at work.”  The tournament raised $230,000 for cancer care programs at South Shore Hospital.  Some special guests were in attendance – former Red Sox player and Hall of Famer, Jim Rice and Paul Stewart, former NHL Player and referee.
