Resource Center

Patients may want to know more about their illness, how it can affect physical and emotional health, or what support programs are available. The Resource Center on the second floor of the Cancer Center is an attractive and comfortable place to learn. Books, brochures, computers, DVDs, and CDs can offer information and support, and staff members are available to assist patients.

Disability Services

The Cancer Center is accessible to people with disabilities and complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Wheelchairs and assistance are available at the main entrance, and our building is easy to navigate by wheelchair.

Financial Counseling

Financial counselors are available to talk with patients about insurance coverage and payment responsibilities. Since the care team includes experts from several organizations, patients often receive separate bills. Counselors from each provider are available to discuss financial concerns.

Internet Access

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the Cancer Center. Patients are welcome to bring a laptop computer to appointments.

Patient and Family Advisory Council

The Cancer Center has a Patient and Family Advisory Council to hear and convey patient and family concerns, work with staff on patient-care improvements, and serve as a resource for patient-related issues. The council welcomes new members and encourages ideas. Please call 781-624-8888.

Education and Support Programs

We offer a variety of education and support programs. For more information, call 781-624-2312.
